Tenpole Tudor were the British punk band led by Edward Tudor-Pole (born December 6, 1954).

Tudor-Pole (under a byname of Eddie Tenpole) come to prominence as a replacement for Johnny Rotten in the Sex Pistols in 1978, though he only sang "Who Killed Bambi?", "The Great Rock 'N' Roll Swindle" & an unbelievable cover song of "Rock Around The Clock". He returned within 1980 when lead singer of his have band, Tenpole Tudor, along using Bob Kingston (guitar), Dick Crippen (bass guitar) and Gary Long (drums). Their sole UK Top 10 hit was "Swords Of A Thousand Men". Tudor-Pole in the future became the television presenter as host of The Crystal Maze in the 1990s and is also an actor.

Probably better known for his appearances within 'A Crystal Maze' & around Top of A Pops, Tudor-Pole has appeared in many films & plays, including The Rocky Horror Show, ''The Great Rock 'n' Roll Swindle, White Hunter, Black Heart with Clint Eastwood and numerous films by Alex Cox. He is presently shooting A Life & Dying of Peter Sellers'' in which he plays Spike Milligan. His survive acoustical shows tend to attract two ageing punks & freshly fans attracted by his TV & film roles, & exhibit the mix of punk rock, country-western and pure rock 'n' roll. Every of his tunes pays tribute to the kind of stars. Standard tinny anthems have side by side by having influences when diverse when Status Quo, Freddie Mercury, Tammy Wynette and Shakin' Stevens.
